SALON POLICIES

  • A Cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 50% of the booked services. No call no shows will be charged 100% of the services booked and it will not be deducted from any services booked in the future. Should you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide the service. If we cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. We will do our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you. In case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency including but not limited to illness/Covid-19, a cancellation fee will be charged, but part or full amount of it may be deducted from your future appointment cost. Cancellations fees will need to be paid in full before booking your next appointment.

  • We're dedicated to giving you the best experience we can. If a client is dissatisfied with their hair, we ask that they get in touch with the salon within 5 days of their scheduled appointment. We are confident in our approach when discussing your desires for your hair. Our signature consultation method allows us to make sure we are on the same page which helps us avoid unsatisfied clients. However we know sometimes miscommunications happen and we evaluate each situation individually.
