We are a commission based salon that provides extensive education, full communication with your clients if you desire, no non-compete, automated systems that allow you to provide your clientele with the highest level of service, a clean beautiful space, and an incredible company culture. We are in high demand which allows our stylists to build a clientele with ease. Our hiring process is value based. We want members of our team to be aligned in order to keep the warm collaborative atmosphere we’ve created.

We opened in Sept 2020 and our founder Nicole is a dedicated and active member of our team. She is passionate about helping the stylist who choose to work at Carmelle with individualized education and growth opportunities.
